Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

 

Return

「NOBRANDS」gladly accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of the purchase date. Contact our customer service care@nobrands.jewelry to have your return authorized. In the case of an authorized return, we will issue a full refund. Please allow 3-5 days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your refund.

- All returns must be:

*Unworn
*Have no signs of wear or damage
*In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
*With all original packaging (box and pouch included)

What reasons do you accept returns?

「NOBRANDS」accept returns or exchanges for any reason. However, you must contact our customer service care@nobrands.jewelry to have your return authorized. We do not accept unauthorized returns.

What are the requirements for returns packaging?

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller). No oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates.「NOBRANDS」 will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines,「NOBRANDS」 has the right to refuse a return and have the item returned to the customer.

Will refunds be issued for items that are damaged or in used condition?

No, refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned in used or damaged condition.

Who is responsible for the goods during transportation?

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

How will the refund be returned?

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. (in 3-5 days)

Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?

「NOBRANDS」is only responsible for shipping charges for product quality related returns, and the customer is responsible for shipping charges for all other reasons of return.

Will the original freight, duties and/or taxes be refunded?

Original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, please check with your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted as the processing time may vary with each financial institution.
